Seamless Tile
The Seamless Tile filter allows you to create seamless tiles. Seamless tiles are texture images that would tile (repeat over and over again) seamlessly. They can be used for fills, desktop wallpaper, Web page backgrounds, surface textures, and more.
1. Do one of the following:
Choose Effects > Texture > Seamless Tile
Click the Seamless Tile button on the toolbar
2. Use the following options:
 Horizontal (%)
Use this option to adjust the width of a rectangular area as a percentage of the width of the image. The height is equal to the height of the image. This 'strip' is cut from the image and then blended into the remaining image using a linear transparency. The blending leaves a continuation of the right edge on the left so the two edges will join seamlessly.

 Vertical (%)
This option allows you to adjust the height of a rectangular area as a percentage of the height of the image. The width is equal to the width of the image. This 'strip' is cut from the image and then blended into the remaining image using a linear transparency. The blending leaves a continuation of the top edge on the bottom so the two edges will join seamlessly.
